This Privacy Policy explains how MyBuddyly may collect, use, store and disclose information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address and phone number.
- Profile information, preferences, booking details, ratings and messages needed to provide the service.
- KYC information and identity documents where verification is required. KYC documents are restricted to authorised administrative/safety purposes and are not public Buddy profile content.
- Payment, wallet and transaction information. Payment card/UPI credentials may be processed by payment providers and are not intended to be stored as raw payment credentials by MyBuddyly.
- Technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, logs and cookies.
- Location information only when a user knowingly enables a supported location-sharing feature for an accepted booking or safety function.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, verification, bookings, payments, customer support, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, notifications, analytics and service improvement.
Advertising and cookies
MyBuddyly may use Google AdSense or other advertising partners. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalise advertising where permitted. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, payments, communications, analytics, safety and legal/compliance functions. We do not publish private KYC documents or private account credentials in public profiles.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

MyBuddyly is an 18+ service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
