Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Customer cancellation

For an accepted booking, the applicable cancellation rule shown at checkout applies. Under the current platform rules, an accepted booking cancelled by the customer may incur a 40% cancellation charge, with the remaining 60% returned/released according to the wallet and booking rules.

Pending booking

A booking that has not yet been accepted may be cancelled without the accepted-booking cancellation charge, subject to any clearly displayed payment-provider conditions.

Buddy no-show

For bookings with a start window, the Buddy must start within the permitted start window. If the Buddy fails to start within that window, the booking may be treated as a no-show. The applicable platform fine and customer wallet release/refund are recorded in the booking ledger.

Payment failures

A failed or cancelled gateway payment does not by itself create a wallet credit or subscription activation. Users may retry a failed payment.

Disputes

For payment disputes or service issues, contact support with the booking/payment reference. Refunds may be subject to payment-provider processing times, fraud checks and applicable law.
